Therapeutic Approaches

My approach to therapy is eclectic but I do rely extensively on the following approaches: mindfulness-based therapies, sensorimotor practices, tapping and energy healing, EMDR therapy, emotionally focused individual and couples therapy, narratives therapy, solution-oriented, and cognitive-behavioural therapy.

 

Benefits of Therapy

Therapy helps us to gain insights into ourselves, our habits, our relationships. With awareness, we can more easily make changes. Healing often happens when one has the courage to confide in a safe person who listens, clearly and empathically.

Therapy helps to relieve stress and symptoms that are reducing the quality of your life i.e. symptoms of post-traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression.
